Euch erwarten ein großzügiger, offener Wohn- und Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, vier separate Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder sowie ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Gäste. Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Highlight ist der helle Wohnbereich mit hoher Decke, offenem Fachwerk und verglastem Tennentor mit Blick auf den Dorfplatz.

Hier ticken die Uhren etwas langsamer: Unser liebevoll saniertes Fachwerkhaus liegt am Ortsrand von Sumte, umgeben von Wiesen, Feldern und der einzigartigen Landschaft der Elbtalaue. Freut euch auf Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse, entspannte Stunden in der Gartensauna und viel Platz für gemeinsame Zeit mit Familie oder Freunden. Die Elbe, der Sumter See und zahlreiche Radwege sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wer mag, entdeckt die Elbtalaue bei einem Alpaka-Spaziergang unserer Nachbarin.

Nur zehn Gehminuten vom idyllischen Sumter See entfernt, verbindet es naturnahes Wohnen mit modernem Komfort. Der helle Wohnraum wurde mit natürlichen Materialien gestaltet und große Fenster schaffen eine harmonische Verbindung zur umgebenden Natur, sodass Ihr Euch sofort wie zu Hause fühlt.

Gemütliches kleines (Ernst-Braune-Straße) Häuschen auf unserem Grundstück in Wohngebiet mit Kindern (1,8, 10 J) auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Es wird ein Haus saniert. Das Häuschen ist für 1 bis 2 Personen (nur nach vorheriger Anfrage vielleicht 3 Personen. During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

You are booking a 2018 lovingly renovated and furnished approx. 80 square meter apartment in the beautiful Wendland. The apartment is fantastically located between a large organic orchard meadow and an 18-hole golf course. The garden and meadow offer you plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature.
