My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

We rent a simple, older, clean NON-SMOKING apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is located away from the tourist promenade, approx. 1000 steps or 5 minutes by bike to the sea and beach. The traditional Wilhelminenhof has been telling history for over a century and now you can be a part of it. Your terrace is on the south side. The North Sea is about 1 km away and the nearest town of Dornumersiel is 1 km away.
