Kattegattsleden - the bike path goes through the whole of Mellbystrand. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop that takes you to Laholm, Båstad and the train station. The house is fully equipped and furnished and has its own entrance from the street. Free parking.

The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.
