The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Ett rymligt och fullutrustat semesterhus som fungerar lika bra på sommaren som på vintern. Öppen planlösning med öppen spis matdel, och TV-hörna på ovanvåningen. Två sovrum gör det idealiskt för fyra personer med möjlighet till en extrabädd på ovanvåningen (tillägg per natt tillkommer för extrabädd). Vi erbjuder normalt inte lakan eller handdukar, men kan erhållas mot extra avgift av 200kr per gäst.
