The approx. 45 m² apartment, with a small balcony (view of the Deutsche-Alleen-Straße) contributes to the enjoyment of the fresh salty sea air. People with lung diseases and asthmatics benefit especially from the fresh sea air and feel particularly comfortable with us on the Baltic Sea. The apartments in our house are all allergy-friendly.

The house has a large garden of over 3000 m² with old linden trees, adjacent to large fields. In the garden there are garden tables and chairs for everyone, hammocks can be stretched between the trees, everything can be baked in the wood oven and a fireplace can also be used.
