Our Scandinavian house is right on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this cottage is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equiped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of about 75 m² and is suitable for max 4 adults & 2 children.

The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Apartment No. 1 (50m²) in Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is a 2-minute walk away via the private road. The National Park and the port are also about a 5-minute walk away. The Whg has a living-bed, a separate kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower. Highlights are the closed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open west balcony with a view of the pier.

The well-kept apartment building was newly built in the nineties. Doctor, dentist, baker, hairdresser, pharmacy, laundromat and supermarket are nearby. The historic town centre is just a 10-minute walk away. The train station and the bus stop for destinations on Rügen are only about 250 m away.

The loft-style apartment with high-quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen as well as the two bathrooms (one of them en suite) are furnished with attention to detail and an eye for beauty. Relax in the infrared cabin, which stands in one of the two bedrooms each equipped with 180x200 box spring beds or in the freestanding bathtub. Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
