Es ist im typischen Stil der Bäderarchitektur anfangs des 20. Jahrhunderts gebaut und wurde im Jahr 2000 komplett renoviert. Im Haus befindet sich die komfortabel und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es Bistros, Restaurants und Cafés. Dort können Sie auch morgens Ihre Frühstücksbrötchen frisch einkaufen. Soweit verfügbar können Sie auch kostenlos unsere Fahrräder benutzen - das regeln Sie direkt über Haustelefon mit unseren Hausverwaltern Herrn Meyer und Frau Leuschner. Diese Fewo für 2 Pers. (27 qm + 6 qm Veranda) besteht aus einem Wohn-Schlafzimmer, einer separaten Küche, einem Badezimmer, einem Flur und einer gemütlichen geschlossenen Veranda, die mit einer Sitzgruppe zum gemütlichen Aufenthalt einlädt (auch wenn es draußen ungemütlich ist). Die Wohnung befindet sich im Parterre. Die Küche ist reichhaltig ausgestattet (z.B. mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Herd und Backofen) und verfügt über einen Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelschrankbett, (so dass Sie abends nicht umständlich "Betten bauen" müssen). Sofa, Couchtisch, Fernseher und Radio stehen selbstverständlich auch zur Verfügung, Für Gehbehinderte wichtig: Von dieser Wohnung aus gelangt man ohne Stufe zum Parkplatz bzw. zur Straße.
