Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

Our modern apartments in the "Villa Oestereich," which were completely renovated in 2019, are centrally located in Binz and right next to the spa gardens. Our beautiful 3-room fireplace suite in Villa Oesterreich is located on the 2nd floor and has two separate bedrooms and a separate living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The tastefully furnished and modern apartment is 75.79 m² and has its own fireplace (electric fireplace). The kitchen is fully equipped.

The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.
