From the accommodation, you can easily and quickly reach, for example, tennis courts, outdoor gym, playground, ice cream kiosk and restaurants. Suitable for up to three adults or two adults with two children. On the idyllic plot, there are cats and free-range chickens.

Beautiful 2a with nice garden central

Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many places to visit; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (construction year 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a light and beautiful 2nd ground floor with separate entrance and patio door facing a lovely garden. Bv: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6 min walk to the hospital, about 12 min t. Lund C. Parking space is available.
