Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bolsena

We had such a wonderful six days at this beautiful place. It was comfortable and one of the most picturesque properties we’ve stayed at in a long time. We fully enjoyed the barbecue area, walking the trails, and all of the special views from our room. Nico and Elena were such gracious and lovely hosts - we appreciated such wonderful hospitality.

We immediately felt comfortable in this beautifully furnished apartment. There is a free parking space directly below the apartment, which can be reached via a staircase. The apartment is located on a small square with great views of the area and you are right in the historic center of Montepulciano. Luca also left us very good restaurant recommendations and responded very quickly to messages. Overall, we highly recommend the place.

The house and location are simply a dream! Thank you very much, dear Christine and dear Christian, for making this beautiful place available to us! We spent a week with our little daughter (2 years) in this fantastic house and enjoyed every minute. The surrounding attractions are fantastic, and the large garden invites you to relax and linger. Communication was excellent. Stephanie, our local contact person, welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available to answer any questions. She also had great tips for grocery stores. Christine was also there with her family for a few days, and it was a pleasure to meet her. It was exciting to learn more about the history of the house. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this vacation home! Thanks for everything!

We stayed at Valentina's for a week, it was a wonderful week. The landscaped park with the pool was a dream. The tastefully furnished apartment was private and protected from view. Everything was available. We received good support and information in advance and during the vacation. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The Minimetro in Perugia and the accessibility there can also be used by people who are not good on their feet.

This accommodation is a perfect location for getting about, 5 minutes walk from the train station and funicular up to Orvieto. You can also get the bus at the station that takes you to Bagnoregio, get your ticket from the station cafe bar/shop. Pietro was very helpful on check in, he explained everything perfectly well. Most enjoyable stay in a lovely place.

My husband and I loved our stay here at Montorio! Perfect stay for our Honeymoon! The views from the property were gorgeous and peaceful and I LOVED hearing the bell from the St. Biagio! It was so nice to have private parking with the option to walk the town. Highly recommend Cantina Storica restaurant, Piazza Grande and Contucci wine cellar! We had profession photos done, I brought my wedding dress and my husband his suit. Stefania recommend the most amazing photographer, Alfredo! So if this is something you’re interested in, please reach out to her for his info! He took us to some incredible places!! We also visited the surrounding towns like Pienza, San Quirico and Bagno Vignoni! My husband found a waterfall hiking trail in Colle di Val d’Elsa that was so much fun!!! I was able to cook entire meals in the kitchen, the cleaning lady was so sweet and came everyday! We both highly recommend Stefania beautiful villa and we would 1000% stay again!! 😊😊

The views from anywhere in Montepulciano are incredible, but our place seriously has the best terrace view. The apartment was spacious and really well appointed. We had a great stay and would love to come back.

THE BEST! My first view out the small terrace was possibly the most beautiful I will ever see: a large mountainside of fields, olive and grape vineyards, quaint homes and large monasteries, winding roads and long high speed passenger trains! Inside, the design and materials of this home cannot be beat: a beautiful combination of 3000 year old history stocked full of modern comforts! Open the doors and windows and feel the breeze waft through smelling of honeysuckle and jasmine. Giovanni’s Castle on the Rock is just amazing. We especially were interested in the Orvieto tuff caves dug by the Bronze Age Etruscans. Beneath our feet were two floors of these caves, beautifully finished and lit with marble and tile floors and steps. Nearby were two more remarkable systems of caves: Il Labirinto and Della La Cava. The latter is less than a block away. Both are far better than the Orvieto Underground! Treat yourselves to this delightful discovery! It’s the perfect rest stop in a medieval city!

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Thank you Brian for sharing your beautiful home with us for a couple of days. Your home is by far the best maintained and most well equipped and pristine places that we have stayed so far. We had the most amazing time in the house as well as walking around the city in the evenings. The location is perfect for everything from shopping to restaurants and wine tastings. Our stay in Pitigliano was incredible! Check-in was super easy, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful—guiding us with parking, luggage, and making sure we felt right at home. They even recommended the BEST restaurant in town! After two weeks in Italy, I can confidently say this charming city had the best service, most welcoming staff, and hands down the most delicious food—those sausages were unforgettable! There was a bit of noise in the master bedroom since the wall connects to the restaurant next door, but thankfully the apartment had a second bedroom where we could place our light-sleeping toddler, and it worked out perfectly. Pitigliano is such a unique gem, and our stay made it even more memorable. Highly recommend!

This was our second month long stay at Il Focolare and it was every bit as inspiring as our first stay. Views of the farm fields below Monticchiello are no less a work of art than any master paintings you can find in Florence. Marco made our stay very comfortable indeed.

Vittorio’s place was incredible. Easy to find. He was responsive. An amazing stay overall. Very happy we were able to stay here and found their little town. Thank you so much for having us.

Really gorgeous apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers which can be hard to find in Europe, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Also very convenient to be able to do laundry on a long trip with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends who might want a nice place to gather and spend some nights in cooking and socializing. Town is charming and has good restaurants and coffee bars. The surrounding countryside is beautiful!

What an incredible stay!! 10/10. We traveled all over Tuscany for 2 weeks and this stay ranks right up there at the top. From the communication and ease of getting to the apartment to the beautiful old history of the building and town. Just wow! Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Dominik’s house became our home away from home. The apartment was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We will miss our lunches sitting outside on the front balcony, our afternoon cocktails on the back balcony, and watching the sun set from our kitchen window. Because of my special needs Dominik went out of his way to accomodate and help. Il Nuvoloso is everything you would expect for an Italian vacation. We hope to be able to return again one day. We definitely would recommend Il Nuvoloso as a perfect place to stay. Thank you Dominik for all you have done to make our stay perfect. Big hug to Celeste and the staff.

Absolutely recommend the stay here! The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and the hosts hospitality is incredible! Still can’t believe we got this incredible experience for a very reasonable price. The location is perfect for exploring Val D’orcia and at the same time very peaceful and secluded. Will return for sure! 🫶🏼
