It is about 36 square meters, with underfloor heating, is in the second row, in a quiet location, about 250 m from the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen. Several supermarkets and a bakery are also within 1 kilometer. It is about 1.2 km to the Baltic Sea beach and it is therefore within walking distance.

We rent a lovingly renovated, dreamlike apartment with huge terrace, sauna, fireplace, tub, hammock and much more. Perfect for couples. The house from 1913 is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is 200 m to the beach, so you can already smell the sea and hear the seagulls during breakfast on the terrace. The apartment does NOT have a TV and has an open bathroom without a door. If you don't like that, don't book ;-)

Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet vom Kaffeeautomaten bis zur Spülmaschine. Das kleine Highlight für schlechtes Wetter ist eine PlayStation 5 die genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig.

A bus stop is very close to the house.

Our exclusive vacation home Somerset is located in a walking distance of about 350 m as the crow flies to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The house was built in 2019 in massive construction and extends over 3 floors including underfloor heating, on approx. 90 square meters of living space. The bright and friendly semi-detached house furnished in a maritime style can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
