For our guests we give 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. Our exclusive vacation home Somerset is located in a walking distance of about 350 m as the crow flies to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The house was built in 2019 in massive construction and extends over 3 floors including underfloor heating, on approx. 90 square meters of living space. The bright and friendly semi-detached house furnished in a maritime style can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on the wonderful Baltic Sea coast just 150 meters from the beach. The place is located at Radweg between Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde. There is a park in front of the apartment with a small playground. The two balconies invite you to relax and enjoy the sunset. The view reaches to the Baltic Sea.
