Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Guesthouse near the lake between Berlin and Potsdam

Romantic, small but nice approx. 32 sqm cottage on the outskirts of Berlin, located directly on the bathing lakes Groß Glienicker- und Sacrower See. The cottage is inside in the spring 2021 newly renovated and ideal for two people, we are happy to provide a cot. Rewe, Penny, bakery and are about 1 km away, restaurants closer. Bus stop in the direction of Potsdam and Berlin 50 m. The journey time by car to Berlin-Spandau is 15 minutes, as well as to Potsdam about 15 minutes.

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Full kitchen, toilet with shower, private entrance, & more. Beach, 150m away, full use of garden.

New and comfortably furnished: Direct view of the river with sunset, bathroom with walk-in shower, fitted kitchen, exposed concrete, oak parquet flooring, balcony, TV. Towels and bed linen in hotel quality. Basic supplies of coffee, condensed milk, spices are available. Please note: Check-in and check-out times are binding. Apartment "little getaway"(not for big people)

On the island of Werder, in the main house, there is a small fisherman's or fruit grower's house, our small but nice apartment. Small refers to the size of the guests. For those over 1.85 m, you should duck your head a little at the doorways. The apartment is in the attic. As a state-recognized resort, the town of Werder charges a €2.00 spa fee per night, per person. This is due in advance. I will contact you about this. No PETS allowed.

Just outside Berlin is this idyllic, completely renovated cottage, which offers you a refuge while at the same time being located in the middle of a region that offers many leisure, sport and cultural activities. The nearby lake invites you to relax. There is a spa resource 100 meters away. If you travel by car, there are many beautiful excursion destinations in the surrounding area that will surprise you and invite you to relax.

Large and colorful + sauna

We rolled up our sleeves again and made the over 80 m² Melkerwohnung apartment on the upper floor of our residential building fit. It was important to us to use existing historical furniture and components, as well as the use of natural building materials: lime plaster, wood from our own forest, wood fiber insulation panels, linseed oil, wooden windows... The result is a spacious wellness apartment with some surprises.

Cozy Lodge * Romantic Hideaway

Welcome, you will love this romantic accommodation. Close to nature, forest, lake and many hiking trails. The Cozy Lodge is a TinyHouse with cozy furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. A place outdoors with peace, white horses right on the field. The lodge has its own garden with lounge, field view, optional sauna (can be booked separately), barbecue and other amenities. We speak German, English and some French.

Cozy, modern houseboat in Potsdam

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, a fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a dreamlike retreat even in winter.
