Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The accommodation is located on the beautiful Lake Teupitz, which is suitable for swimming and all kinds of water sports. The house has been newly built and has all kinds of modern gadgets that make living extremely comfortable. The interior design has been adapted to the apartment by the lake in a bright and contemporary way. A king-size box-spring bed invites you to end an active day in Brandenburg nature comfortably. In addition, our guests can expect delicious teas and Nespresso coffee.

3-room apartment on the DOM island

My apartment has two separate bedrooms each with a double bed. The living area with open kitchen has a large dining table, a leather couch and a TV corner. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and washing machine. In the library you will find exciting reading. You rent the entire apartment for you. The house is located between our parking lot, the Havel and a garden section. A direct shore access to the Havel is available and water sports or fishing is possible.

The exclusive loft directly on the banks of the Spree in hip Kreuzberg is located in a former jam factory. Located directly on the banks of the Spree, it impresses with its direct water view. On the spacious balconies on the 5th floor, you can enjoy unique Berlin sunrises and sunsets. The view of the East Side Gallery and the Oberbaum Bridge is unique. The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Full kitchen, toilet with shower, private entrance, & more. Beach, 150m away, full use of garden.

How about a short vacation in the Körbiskrug recreation area between forests and lakes! The cozily furnished apartment is located on a spacious property with shared garden use, free-range animals and accessible water access. Perfect for families and nature lovers. Vacation home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is easily reachable by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water. Next to our now completely renovated detached house, the cottage located directly on the water is also located on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.

Bathing holiday at Beetzsee

With its numerous old buildings, Brandenburg is a good choice for a short break or longer stay. The historic city center can be reached by a walk along the water. There is a lot to visit or you just lazy on one of the many bathing beaches. For the active holidaymakers there is a variety of water sports. Brandenburg is also a stage on the Havelradweg. The federal capital can be reached in about 50 minutes.
