You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Stor velmøbleret terrasse og dejlig lukket have med græsplæne. Strøm og vand afregnes særskilt. Strøm 3.80 DKK/kwh Vand 75 DKK/M3. Lejer skal selv medbringe sengelinned, håndklæder, viskestykker og karklude.

Nødvendigt service forefindes samt mikroovn og køleskab. På ejendommens 6 ha går af og til heste, naboejendommen er en af Danmarks største vingårde. Der er mulighed for dejlige gåture i området. Der er ca 12 km til Kolding og Fredericia . Indkøb ca. 6 km. ca. 35 km til Legoland. Der er ikke offentligt transport til os.

I det charmerende, rolige område ved Kelstrup Strand ligger dette nye feriehus med kort afstand til stranden. Huset er lyst møbleret og moderne indrettet som tiny house med alt det, I får brug for. Køkken og stue er åben med masser af lys indfald, og fra køkkenvinduet, stuedøren og terrassen er der afhængigt af årstiden begrænset udsigt til vandet.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

There is space for the family with and without children. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is a climbing tower and a soccer goal available. The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to grill, play or unwind. The garden is completely enclosed. Of course, there is also a baby crib in the house. The beach is 15 minutes by car. To Rømø about 40 min. Charging hybrid and electric cars is prohibited

Unique beach summerhouse with panoramic views

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.

The Oasis bnb

Stay in a cozy annex located in the garden next to our house in the middle of Assens town on the island Funen in the middle of Denmark. The annex contains a combined sleeping- and living room with a 140x200 bed, a small kitchen with a small fridge, a little oven, coffee-maschine and electric kettle and toilet with shower. There is room for 2 adults.
