This modern apartment offers 43–47 m² of thoughtfully designed space, featuring two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

Centrally located yet quiet, fully equipped single-family home. Close to city park, sailing harbor and dike. Two terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, beach chair, sandbox. Old trees offer the possibility for a hammock or slackline. On the first floor: porch, hallway, living room, kitchen, laundry room (sep. shower/sep. toilet) with terrace access as well as a bedroom/sauna. Upper floor: 1 bathroom (tub + toilet) and 2 bedrooms; access via hallway to the balcony.

Historic waterworks on Hamburg's Elbe beach

The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

The listed thatched roof skate is in the center of Albersdorf. This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

My place is close to Stade, Cuxhaven and the North Sea. You can enjoy great views, dikes and the Elbe. Our region is perfect for resting from the city noise, relaxing, and there are also great bike paths and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Krummendeich is a great starting point for - whether to Duhnen, Otterndorf or the Altes Land, everything is easily accessible.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg.
