Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Charleston

We LOVED Ashley’s place! Perfect for a girls weekend away with so much to do just outside the place! Walkable to everything including amazing restaurants, shopping, and rooftop bars! Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Charleston ☺️

The perfect stay! Communication with Laurie was excellent from the start. The apartment was even more spacious than I expected, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful area but just a quick Uber ride to all the action. Laurie went above and beyond, everything was clearly labeled, which made settling in easy. I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. The decor was beautiful and made the space feel extra welcoming. I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful location and great hosts. Barbie was amazingly responsive and helped us with any of our requests. Great and quiet neighborhood! Definitely would stay there again!

My stay here was fantastic. The apartment is in a perfect location for visiting Charleston. I could walk everywhere. We walked to many great restaurants, to the battery and to King Street. The apartment had great AC, which was important for a June visit. Unit was very clean and well stocked. It had everything I needed- lots of clean towels, paper towels, toilet paper etc. Hosts were friendly and responsive. My son visited me and he was able to park on the street with the permit that was provided with no issues. I loved this place and would stay here again.

We've been staying here for years. Our home away from home. This was the first time I used the kitchen and I had everything I needed. The home is charming and comfortable! The owner is a wonderful person to book with and always helpful. We tried The James down the street for the first time and wow, the flavors were great. Definitely surprised us as a hidden gem. I can't recommend this spot enough. Thanks for another wonderful visit! We went to Kiawah Island this time and got there early to get a parking spot. It was only $15 for the whole day!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was the perfect accommodation for a short weekend trip to Charleston. The apartment had its own designated parking spot, as described, which eliminated the hassle of trying to find street parking. The building was well maintained and quiet, in a good, safe neighborhood, in walking distance of many attractions. The apartment itself was modern and updated without losing its charm and uniqueness. Very nicely decorated as well. Beds were comfy. The most important aspect was how clean it was. This place also had so many extras that enhanced our stay such as an ironing board/iron, luggage table, abundance of towels, shower toiletries, snacks, fan level controls and more. We appreciated all of these extras. The hosts were super communicative and always made themselves available if we needed anything (which we didn’t), but it was nice to know they were there. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone considering it.

We loved the condo/apartment as it was authentic Charleston yet with all of the modern conveniences. Walkable for sure. Our favorite part of the home was the outdoor porch with the dining table and sitting area. Great breakfasts with a lovely breeze and wonderful relaxed seating for a post-dinner/pre- bedtime glass of wine. We'd stay here again! And again!

Great stay! Location was pretty close to the action, though walking 20-25 minutes in the humidity isn’t ideal. That said, Ubers downtown were SO inexpensive it was a non-issue. Very nice room, comfy bed, storage for clothes, and small, but pristine bathroom! Cute porch to enjoy the free bottle of wine that was provided as well. 🤩

Joseph was very proactive about getting us all the information we needed to get there and get in. And we really appreciated the ease of getting in! No lockbox to wrestle with, no difficulty at all. And a combination tailored to you so it's easy to remember. It was very clean and well appointed, there was pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Nice private back yard, just too mosquitoey to sit out there.

The Laurence Place was just as described. Perfectly comfortable and accommodating, as well as quiet and very peaceful. The exact place we needed to rest. We specifically traveled to see Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. This place was a reasonable driving distance to and from both places. We had no issues or hiccups and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay when visiting Charleston, SC. Thank you to our hosts for setting up the perfect little resting space.

Our stay was everything we wanted and more! The house is a 15 min drive from downtown Charleston all hours of the day, a 25 min drive to Folly Beach, & 20ish min drive to the Magnolia Plantation!!! The house itself was so cozy (beds & pillows were SO COMFY!) and for a girls only trip, we felt really safe staying here alone!💗

This is a great location if you’re looking to stay more central Charleston. Friendly host and lots of stuff close by good to have private parking as well.

Avi, the host, was great. He made sure everything was ready for our arrival. He responded quickly to messages. Although the location was a little further from King St. than what we thought, the neighbors of the property were great, very friendly. The home was clean and super cozy. We had a great experience.

The house was fantastic! Jessie and Robin were excellent hosts. They were very informative and responsive. The house was exactly what it was made out to be in the listing and the pictures. It fit our group comfortably and was equipped with everything as advertised. 10/10 would love to stay in this gem of a house again.

Stunning views from an open deck and a super comfy screened deck. Quiet serene atmosphere. Great kitchen amenities. Would definitely like to return.

Such a great spot, perfect for our babymoon getaway! Absolutely beautiful location, the beach is quite literally right in your backyard. Extremely quiet, private, and peaceful area. Very easy walk (0.3 ish miles) to coffee/breakfast in the morning at The Nest. We enjoyed the Ocean Room and Hege’s both for fantastic dinners. Freshfields shopping is also an easy drive for shops, groceries, and lunch spots. Ron was a wonderful host - we’d love to return!

Everything was awesome. The only negative was we didn’t end up getting check-in access until about 5pm the first day, but we did get an hour later checkout. Would stay again for sure

Everything was as described. The apartment was very clean. It was centrally located between Mt. Pleasant and uptown Charleston.

As also I'm never surprised as to how Shawn keeps his locations, very comfortable, updated amenities, etc. I wish other renters would follow his lead which would enable them to keep their locations occupied all the time.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this beach getaway—both for a wedding and for some much-needed relaxation. The location was excellent, with a very short walk to a private beach and pool. Nikki was extremely responsive and kind. She provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and beach toys for the kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Only a few complaints. Nikki has all of the cooking appliances, but no cooking oil or seasoning. Shower pressure is uncomfortably hard. And the fan in the bedroom is loud, no matter what setting you have it on, other than that everything else was great stay.
