Little yurt

A beautiful little yurt, sleeps 2, either a double or twin. Set next to a bubbling stream on a working lakeland sheep farm. On the findge of the Wasdale valley on the western side of the lake district. Ideal for a cozy romantic get away or base for exploring the amazing area. The yurt DOESN'T have any electricity in but it does have a lovely little wood burning stove and you have access to a mini kitchen in the utility room a short distance away . Beds are made with linen and throws. Supper cozy

Ruth's Yurt

Come and stay in my lovely yurt. It's in a gorgeous spot with a sea view, and is a beautiful, cosy space. Many people have stayed in it and had a great time, enjoying the peace and quiet and the natural world around it. We live near the coastal village of Auchencairn, on a smallholding. There is a good choice of nice coastal or hill walks nearby, the area is good for lots of outdoor activities. Apparently the price doesn't always show in GBP. Traditional Mountain Yurt

Our traditional oak yurt is located above the stunning Loweswater Lake which is only a 5 minute walk to the shore. With a double bed and a sofa bed it can comfortably sleep two adults and two children. We don’t have much signal in the valley nor does the Yurt have mains power so you really feel in the wild. We also have a campsite so you’ll be sharing toilets and showers with any body that’s staying as well. There’s a fridge and a sink to wash up but we don’t supply any pots, pans or utensils.

Our Roundhouse is on a working farm with rare breed sheep, cattle and Cumbrian Heavy Horses (come & ride!) Set in a beautiful valley in south west Cumbria, amazing views, a stream running closeby, it's peaceful. Locally, a variety of good pub/restaurants (would recommend having a car though). You’ll love our roundhouse, it has good facilities, see pics, is unique, cosy, romantic, with a wood burning stove, has a stunning location, and is good for couples, friends, outdoor folk; we take dogs😁
