Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house has a magnificent panorama from the sun terrace. The house has 1,200 square meters of natural garden/forest. With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Modern accommodation in tariff zone C of the public transport around Berlin. With Wallbox. Walk 100 meters and then take the legendary Woltersdorfer tram to the lock or into the city. For example, be in the trendy district of Friedrichshain in 30 minutes. But here, too, we have good opportunities to relax. The many lakes and excursion destinations are quickly reached by bike. Bicycles are available free of charge, with a deposit of EUR 50. Paddle board: EUR 20 per day/pc.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. Welcome :) Experience and enjoy the unique landscape of the Spreewald from Lübben, the gate between the Upper and Lower Spreewald. Near Tropical Island Our cozy cottage with garden is located approx. 15 minutes' walk from the city center and ferry port in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city. Located directly on the bike and hiking trail, you can enjoy the beautiful nature and day trips from here.

In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
