Must confess this was our second stay, a year after the first. We liked it so much we came back. Such a perfect setting, w/ all the amenities you could ask for, including great restaurants, parks, market, stores w/in 5-10 minute walk. Although we had a splendid time last year, I don't think we'd have thought to come back if it hadn't been for this place to stay. And Edith is all you could ask for in a host. Another relaxing week of farniente. (And we haven't ruled out a 3rd time...) Thanks for Edith and the welcoming community!

Great theme: modernist art. Loved it. Family-friendly and comfortable. The village center is two minutes away by foot and very charming and lively with restaurants, a tabac, and 2 bakeries. Grocery store is 1 km. away.

Very beautiful, clean, quality accommodation in a mythical building in Dinard, in line with our expectations with everything we need to spend a quality stay. In a quiet environment, there is certainly work in the building but the workers are very discreet and do not make any noise at all. Thank you again for this welcome, the quality of your property and your good taste.

A charming and comfortable house and hosts attentive to the well-being of their guests, with a choice of a 5-minute walk: superb hikes on the customs trail or relaxing on the beach... the Emerald Coast is sublime. Our stay was not planned , so we had to find a last-minute accommodation for family reasons, and we found this charming house where we spent a small week with a very large garden and a large trampoline that delighted our daughter. The place is very quiet. a very nice house, special mention for the kitchen , which is equipped with a semi-pro , with good quality equipment. The beds were very comfortable, we slept very well. i thank Boris for his responsiveness as soon as we had a question and a great exchange. To conclude, I recommend this charming house for a stay , a 10-minute walk from the beach which is very pleasant, especially when the weather is nice. Happy hosting

Beautiful house ideally located right next to the market halls. Well decorated, well equipped, very good bedding. We were able to park easily on the street. Very easy communication with Virginie, I highly recommend.

We had a great time with the family in Marie's nice and spacious house. Very well decorated, a well-equipped kitchen, quality bedding, you feel at home. The house was extremely clean when we arrived, the beds made and towels allocated for each room. Communication with Cherley was very easy, she was available, responsive and friendly. Even though the house is located on a boulevard, new triple-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation. The plus: the 2 terraces on the garden level and the parking in the property. In conclusion: perfect and excellent value for money for 7 people.

A fabulous stay at Claire's house in the heart of Dinard! A haven of peace, the countryside a few minutes from the beach and shops. I can only recommend this house!

Everything was perfect from start to finish, the house is very nice, very neat, decorated with great taste. Also well located. Very good experience overall.

Nice, clean place in a good location. Only issue was during check-in. The host outsources the key drop off and pick-up to a separate person. They were 45min late to the check-in/key drop off. Check-out/key pick up was spot on time.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

We had a really wonderful, restful stay. The flat was light and airy and comfortable and was just as Alexandra had described it. We enjoyed walking along the pathway to St Cast, or just popping down to one of the restaurants below the appartment for supper. We made lots of little excursions west and east along the coast but also enjoyed coming back “home” to just sit and enjoy the comings and goings below in the port.

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very well and took the time to give us all the tips and good plans to make our stay as good as possible. We will definitely go back next time!

Beautiful apartment located close to the beach for beautiful walks and not far from Intramuros. We did everything on foot. There is all the equipment available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key handover despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

We really enjoyed the week in Saint Malo, beautiful and exiting city, perfect appartment directly at the beach, friendly and responsive hosts… Altogether, a perfect relaxing week for all of us. A big thank you to Patrick and family. Andrea and Uwe with daughter Susi and granddaughter Matilda.
