Huset ligger privat for enden af lukket vej og byder på bl.a. sauna, brændeovn, moderne køkken og badeværelse, 3 fine soverum, samt toilet. Husdyr ok.

Eine stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Charme wartet auf dich und deine Familie, deinen Partner oder deine Freundinnen und Freunde. Der Strand ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und der kurze Weg dorthin führt durch einen ruhigen Wald. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss mit Balkon und Aussicht auf den schönen Garten. Achtung, da das Gebäude früher mal ein Pferdestall war, ist die Deckenhöhe teilweise sehr niedrig. Wer größer als 1,85m ist, muss daher ab und zu den Kopf einziehen.

There is plenty of room to spread out on the terrace as well as to be able to romp in the large garden. The house is quite close to the popular gendarmsti and is only a 10-minute drive to Sønderborg + 25-minute drive to Flensborg if you want to go to town to shop.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!
