A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a mixture of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

Newly built guest house of 25 m2, centrally located in Skanör with Falsterbo - close to beach, nature, restaurants, Skanör harbor, Falsterbo Horse Show, Falsterbo Bird Show, Flommens Golf Club, Falsterbo Golf Club, bus connections and grocery store. If you arrive by car, there are good parking facilities as well as the possibility of an electric car charger and from the Triangle bus stop it is only 150 meters. Linens & towels, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, Bose bluetooth speakers etc. are available.

Since we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.

The cottage is well secluded, in our garden, in a quiet, leafy-green area. 5 minutes from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 minutes from Falsterbo Resort. Close to the cottage, you will find lovely restaurants with lake views that are very popular.

På cykel nås det mesta inom 4 till 10 minuter, allt från tennis- och padelbanor, Falsterbo brygga/strand, Falsterbo Horseshow och golfklubbar på ena sidan näset och trevliga restauranger, kallbadhus, Skanörs hamn/strand m.m. på andra sidan näset.
