A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a mixture of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

Beautiful guest house with private patio

Five minutes walk from Falsterbo's beautiful beach is this beautiful guest house, built in 2021 with its own large patio and outdoor shower, simple grill and gate to the park and beach. The plot is a large forest plot that offers privacy even from the main house. Within walking distance, there are several restaurants, grocery stores and Falsterbo's small center with older buildings and a church from the 14th century. Three golf courses are within a ten-minute drive. Falsterbo is also a center for bird watching.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a short walk to the beach or the forest! There are good shops and a small kitchenette to make your own food. If you prefer to eat out, the city center is a short distance away with a wide range of different types of restaurants. An idyllic place to experience the Swedish summer in the best possible way! Since we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.

Welcome to our fantastic, cozy cottage, Björkhaga Cottage. The cottage is well secluded, in our garden, in a quiet, leafy-green area. 5 minutes from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 minutes from Falsterbo Resort. The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. Visit the amazing Måkläppen. Here our guests are well-received and can have a lovely relaxing stay.

På cykel nås det mesta inom 4 till 10 minuter, allt från tennis- och padelbanor, Falsterbo brygga/strand, Falsterbo Horseshow och golfklubbar på ena sidan näset och trevliga restauranger, kallbadhus, Skanörs hamn/strand m.m. på andra sidan näset.
