Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for bad walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. Suitable as a base for e.g. business people, students or tourists who would like to be in the city, see Copenhagen by train, but also close to the beach, golf, forest and history just outside. Parking on the road outside the residence.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the frame for a truly wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Stay cozy in the countryside

Cozy home on Flintebjerggaard, a leisure farm 12 km east of Næstved. Come stay in our old farmhouse where we have set up a smaller home with a kitchen, bath and bedroom. From the kitchen/living room there is access to a loft with a double sofa bed. From the living room there is a view of the garden and chickens (hanegal may occur!), and access to a paved small terrace that can be used by you - during the summer season there is garden furniture. The property is open with fields and orchard around.

The studio is located as a self-contained apartment on our country estate in the middle of a small village. In connection with the renovation, we have retained the original ceiling height and light input from when it was in use as a studio. The studio is close to, among other things, the Forest Tower, Holmegaard Glasværk, Bonbonland, beach and forest.
