Fantastic flat with a balcony

The flat is totally renovated 6 years ago and has last year become upgrated with a lovely balcony. The interiour is modern / classic with nice furniture and lights. The philosophy is that you shall feel at home as soon as your coat is in the wardrobe and the candles are lit. Smoking is prohibited. There is a kitchen/diningroom in open connection with a living-room, 1 master bedroom and 1 small bedroom with 1 bed ( possibi- lity of drawing another bed from underneath it), 1 bathroom and a hall. In the bathroom is a combined washingmachine/tumbledryer and in the kitchen is a dishwashing-machine. From the the kitchen/diningroom there is a new big balcony. The flat has a central position for all kinds of doings near by busses and Metro, lots of shops, restaurants and cafés. There are recreative areas in reachable distance such as Frederiksberg Gardens and the Zoo. You reach Tivoli in 10 minutes time by bus fron door to door. You can park in the streets in the neighburhood,- and it is free in the week-ends. You can buy a day-parkingbill in the kiosk down under for Dkr 35,- per 24 hours. Are you coming by air or train there are bus and Metro connections.

"Super cozy apartment with lovely large balcony"

“Bright and lovely apartment - with living room and well-equipped kitchen in one. Large room with double bed (180x200) and nice bathroom with shower and washing machine. Lovely south/west facing balcony with sun all day. Wireless internet with access to Netflix and many other TV channels. The apartment is located on the lovely Frederiksberg in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to shopping, shops, cafes and bus/metro. It takes you 10 minutes to get into the center of Copenhagen by bus.” It is a smoke-free apartment.

Cosy apartment with new balcony in Nørrebro

My apartment is placed at the center of Nørrebro; close to shopping, bars, cafés and cultural sights such at H.C. Andersen's tomb. It has an amazing view to the Town Hall Tower where its possible to see the fireworks from Tivoli. It has a brand new balcony overlooking the big and green courtyard. Since the apartment is my private home no parties are allowed. It is easily accessible from the airport: you can take the metro and get of at "Forum" or the 5A bus and get of at "Elmegade".

It is located a few steps from the metro - that will take you all over Copenhagen and directly to the airport. Cozy centrally-located apartment w. free parking.

I hope you enjoy my peaceful and centrally-located place. Free parking available for visitors with car. 1 min away from supermarket (you don't even have to cross the street). 3 mins from bus stop, 10 mins from metro st. The apartment is quite green, a shared garden is available for an even greener experience (equipped with BBQ). My place has a fully equipped kitchen, that you're welcome to use.
