Fantastic flat with a balcony

The flat is totally renovated 6 years ago and has last year become upgrated with a lovely balcony. The interiour is modern / classic with nice furniture and lights. The philosophy is that you shall feel at home as soon as your coat is in the wardrobe and the candles are lit. Smoking is prohibited. There is a kitchen/diningroom in open connection with a living-room, 1 master bedroom and 1 small bedroom with 1 bed ( possibi- lity of drawing another bed from underneath it), 1 bathroom and a hall. In the bathroom is a combined washingmachine/tumbledryer and in the kitchen is a dishwashing-machine. From the the kitchen/diningroom there is a new big balcony. The flat has a central position for all kinds of doings near by busses and Metro, lots of shops, restaurants and cafés. There are recreative areas in reachable distance such as Frederiksberg Gardens and the Zoo. You reach Tivoli in 10 minutes time by bus fron door to door. You can park in the streets in the neighburhood,- and it is free in the week-ends. You can buy a day-parkingbill in the kiosk down under for Dkr 35,- per 24 hours. Are you coming by air or train there are bus and Metro connections.

Completely renovated luxury at one of Frederiksberg’s most sought after locations! The apartment is located on a private road just next to Frederiksberg Gardens and 2 min away from the metro lines. This area is secluded from the road and completely quite and private. The apartment is close to two different metro lines and within walking distance to everything that Frederiksberg and Copenhagen has to offer! Luxurious, cozy, and sunnily bright apartment right in the centre of downtown Frederiksberg by the Metro, Frederiksberg Garden in the front, great restaurants, shopping locations (Gammel Kongevej and Frederiksberg Centret), and stunning surroundings. The apartment features over 3 meter high ceilings, a stunning (water) fireplace in the living room, luxurious surroundings, and a quiet balcony outside the bedroom. Downtown Copenhagen is 5 minutes away by Metro, 10 by bike, or 25 by foot.

Quiet and Cozy. Close to it all.

Come and relax in our beautiful apartment located in what we think of as the perfect neighborhood in Copenhagen. Tucked away on a quiet beautiful sidestreet just a few minutes walk from the metro which takes you quickly and easily to all of the cities attractions. Surrounded by some of Copenhagen's most beautiful parks, hip cafes, shops and cultural offerings all within walking distance. Kids welcome! We have a kids bunk bed and a baby bed in addition to a Queen for the adult bed.

Big appartment in an quite area in Frederiksberg, and though close to shops, cafe’s and restaurants at gl. Kongevej and Værnedamsvej and the lakes in Cph. And 8-9 min walking distance to Forum Metro with direct Line to airport, takes 18 min, and with 2 stops to inner city, Kongens Nytorv. 2 min Walk from the appartment you will find Landbohøjskolens Have with a beautiful and good cafe during the summer. A must try.
