Cozy villa centrally located in Dragør. The villa is located close to both water, city, public transport, Copenhagen Airport and Copenhagen city center. The heart of the villa, which is the kitchen-dining room, is newly renovated and with a direct exit and view to the spacious garden of the house. The villa sleeps 4 in two rooms (see photos of daybed). It is possible to bring mattresses for the last room of the house or tent for the garden. The garden contains stenterasse where, among other things, a gas grill is located.

Large spacious childrenfriendly villa with magnificent garden situated in a quiet charming nabourhood. Perfect for big families with play opportunities for children (our children are 8 and 12). Our favorite spot is the huge terrace and outdoorkitchen where we make barbecue dinners. The house has 5 large bedrooms and is 5 minutes walk to the metro and the center of vanløse, where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities. You can get to the center of Copenhagen in 15 min.

Property in the first row to the sea, 4 beds, free parking, electric car charger, a Spirii GO app is required to charge, quiet road, close to Copenhagen. Hvidovre Strandpark is close by. Here you will find, among other things, a child-friendly beach, a large green area, a marina and small, nice restaurants. Several good golf courses nearby, Royal Golf Club, Copenhagen Golf Club. Tivoli in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by train. ZOO in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by bus 4A.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. Public transport takes about 30 minutes to Copenhagen. The home is located close to the beach (BrøndbyStrand and Vallensbæk Strand.) The home is walking distance to the supermarket. Light rail starts in October and 9 min. walk to the light rail station.
