Historic, lovingly renovated, bright and quiet flat on two floors in Egloffstein castle. The flat can only be accessed via the idyllic courtyard. In the entrance area: dining room and kitchen. The cosy living room/bedroom has a wood-burning stove and leads to the battlements, high above the valley. The bedroom and bathroom, as well as 2 additional beds, are located on the upper floor. The flat is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking or climbing the rocks in the immediate vicinity.

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

If you travel by car, there is a private XXL parking space available. The hostess lives in the same house and is very happy to provide her listed apartment. This is modernly decorated and offers a high level of living comfort.

You don't have parking problems here. Within walking distance, you will find all the necessities of daily use. There is a good bus and transport connection.

Vacation home in the heart of Franconian Switzerland

We offer a nice vacation home in Franconian Switzerland. After our children moved out, we prepared the house, which is centrally located in a small town, for guests. Just a few meters away is a guest house (Wed + Thu closed) and a bakery in the neighboring village Thanks to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, you can also cater for yourself well. The key handover takes place in person, which is why it would be nice if you could let us know your approximate time of arrival.
