Ett helt våningsplan i källarplan med sovrum (dubbelsäng) duschrum & vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, projektor & öppen spis. Del av hus, men egen ingång & låst upp till resten av huset. Möjlighet att sätta in en extrasäng. Ett stenkast från fantastiskt naturreservat med flera fina grillplatser, vandringsleder och mountainbikingstigar. Bl.a finns utomhusbad (sommartid), bibliotek, 2 pizzerior, hamburgerrestaurang samt mataffärer i byn. Kollektivtrafik till Malmö/Lund. Nära Sturups flygplats.

Egen gästdel på vackra ön Hven.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat nyrenoverad gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med våningssäng 120*90 cm och pentry. Toalett med handfat och separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Idyllic house outside Lund/Malmö

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Livingroom with a small selfcontained kitchenette with refrigerator. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Cot and highchair possible. We expect you to leave the house nice and clean.
