Small annex with small kitchen, located about 800m from super beach/fishing and Ferry departure to Barsø. Several lovely beaches in the area, holiday center with pool and e.g. mini golf just around the corner. Forests and beautiful nature. 8 km to Large climbing park. 18 hole Golf course right across from the house. ½ hour to the German border. 10 km to Aabenraa. 3 km to shopping and pizzeria Pets are no longer allowed after 15/8 2021

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

Guaranteed coziness in this small but unique and quiet space. Located in quiet village. Very close to nature, beach and forest. Great fishing, biking and hiking opportunities nearby. In driving distance in the middle of two major cities, but still in rural charm. The house, which the home is a separate part, has previously been the village's kindergarten. Now in private and with lovely and special landscaping.

Hus med havudsigt i landlig idyl med dejlig have. Bliv vækket af hanegal, og se køerne græsse. 20 min til Åbenrå/Sønderborg. 30 min. til Flensborg, Gå/vandre- og cykelture i natur skønne omgivelser. Golf. Gode muligheder for fiskeri. Der vil i januar/februar 2026 ændres lidt i stuen. Stuen skilles til to rum. En stue og et værelse..Arbejdspladsen flyttes til værelset, og der kommer en seng.

It was really nice staying at Pernille's with my family. My kid enjoyed the slide, the swing and sandbox very much. The house feels very open on the inside, the view is superb, and it was nice with so much distance to houses. It got a bit hot in the living room during the warmest days as the windows are large and there was no sun protection. I would highly recommend Pernille's place to others.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Marianne's small beach cottage offers everything you need. We stayed at Dienaers beach for a week in the best weather at the end of April. We took care of ourselves. We felt right at home in the chicly furnished house. Instead of a oven, there's an air flyer that worked well. Our Labrador mix Leo could romp around in the fenced garden and also run freely on the beach. There were few people on the road. It was 5 minutes by car to Spar. The nearest larger cities Apenrade and Haderslev can be reached in 25 and 20 minutes, respectively. This place is also a perfect solution for families with children, especially in summer. There is another small summer cottage with a double bed. In addition, the beach is close and there is a large playground.
