Cottage holiday rentals in Georgetown

10 out of 10!! This place is beautiful, has every kitchen amenity we could think of, super comfy beds, and a welcome basket with local things to do and snacks. Cam was a great host and we hope to come back again soon!

It was the perfect peaceful retreat! The space was filled with cozy touches—from a fully stocked s’mores setup to a relaxing hot tub under the stars. Willie Nelson books and records. We loved resting in the hammock, sipping coffee on the amazing deck, and unwinding on the porch swing. Every detail made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone needing a recharge in nature.

Wow! John far exceeded any service we have received over the years vacationing in the US & abroad. John took the time to reach out to us by phone prior to our arrival and made himself available to answer any questions we had. John not only sent videos showcasing his beautiful home, but videos showing how to find the casita from the gated entrance and how to find the trash receptacles when checking out! In addition to all of this, he also sent a link to the nearest HEB grocery store. This home was so well appointed and organized. Everything one could ever think of needing while away from home was there. This is a home we will definitely book again when we are in the area. As an owner of an Airbnb in Colorado, John’s service and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We will be implementing some of his service and appointments for our own guests! Keep up the great work John! We look forward to a return trip soon!

Perfect location, great older home. Easy walk to the square, and 3 blocks away from a fun park with splash pad. Hosts were very friendly and made sure that we were well situated after arriving. Love the proximity to everything you need, my family enjoyed sitting out on the porches and walking all around Georgetown. Will stay here again!

The house was very cozy - just the right amount of space for us (a couple + 1 dog). Location was wonderful, a quick walk to all the great restaurants and shops on South Congress. Neighborhood was also great, perfect for walking the dog and surprisingly peaceful given the activity close by on Congress. Huge H-E-B was a short drive away, perfect for grabbing groceries, water, etc. Hosts were very responsive and proactive. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Austin!

This property is so beautiful. We were looking for a place to getaway from the city and Isabels place was perfect. So much love has been poured into this property. Our son ( 2 ) loved the playground and digging in the dirt at the creek, but most of all he loved the dog. I enjoyed quiet cups of coffee in the morning and chaos of my little one all day. Plenty of toys inside and entertainment for us outside. It was the perfect Fathers Day weekend..my heart is so full.. thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Cozy place, ideal for a near but not in Austin getaway with friends. Very clean. New fluffy towels. Peaceful surroundings, however we were there midweek and never saw any neighbors so that may be why. Loved it was pet friendly for our pup. The one bedroom has a door that goes to the fenced in back yard which was super convenient. And the back porch was perfect for morning coffee or just to unwind in the evenings.

There are so many things to enjoy about Jessica's place! First, the accommodations are comfortable and more than adequate--we felt right at home--and the place is so private and quiet--you can sleep as late as you like. But even more exciting, the Boggy Creek Greenbelt is just a 5-minute walk away--running in the park every day is divine; there are fab eateries and cafes just down the street, such as Fabrik; and then the downtown is just a car ride away! Finally, the best part is Jessica: helpful, down-to-earth, enthusiastic and so very thoughtful.

place was well located and close to downtown . place looked like the pictures however there are lots of windows and no curtains, but overall great place.

Megan and Nick’s cottages were perfect for our group. We had 3 couples and 2 kids staying there for a nearby wedding. Each cottage was very well stocked and on top of that, the hosts left us each a bottle of wine and a basket of snacks! My favorite area was the patio between the cottages. The grill was huge and in great condition. We grilled out multiple times and really enjoyed hanging out on the patio. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with and were so accommodating. I highly recommend this rental and I will definitely return if I’m in the area again.

Would stay again. You can tell they make an effort to be good hosts. eg. easy communication, nice touches around the place, etc. Not criticisms, but just to set your expectations: * There is Christian messaging around the home, eg. the shower curtain is covered in bible verses. * The hallway is very creaky, so light sleepers might have a problem. * The bedrooms are relatively small. This is an old cottage that was recently updated, so the rooms are smaller as was the custom when this place was originally built.

We stayed at Bumblebee Cottage for a beautiful wedding at Blissful Hill. Peggy was a great hostess! The house was quaint, charming and rustic, exactly as pictured. The location was a short walk to the venue. We would love to come back again when the river is up!

Our stay at The Cottage was lovely. It was very peaceful, relaxing and quiet and just what we needed to disconnect from the craziness of the daily stress.

Quiet, private location. Love that we could take our dogs. Loved: spacious living areas, screened porch & deck (although we used it less than expected due to weather), bluebonnets. Beds comfortable, kitchen stocked. Bring bottled water. Loved seeing & feeding the deer every night & morning. We brought extra deer corn. Took our Roku for the TVs. We expected to have access to the washer/dryer which is in the listing. Wasn’t a deal killer, but we didn’t bring as many clothes because of that and weather got chilly. We knew the river might be low, but would have good to know in advance just how low it was as well as the difficulty getting down to the river. We had to cut our own path through the weeds. It’s a bit of a challenging hike. We were able to catch several large fish from the shore (bass & catfish). Can see lots of stars & sunsets. Overall, a very homey & comfortable place to stay.

Great location and beautiful space! Cottage feels in a safe and welcoming neighborhood. Megan was extremely communicative and flexible with our plans. I really have no complaints at all with our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Austin :)

This is a great spot if you want to find a place close to the lake and chill. Also awesome for any bike people, close to a ton of the fun routes around the lake. Tobis place is also very pet friendly. I would recommend anyone stay here.

Pamela was very helpful, responding to our questions immediately. The house was exactly as it looked in the photos. The backyard was perfect for watching the eclipse, leaving no need to pack a lunch and go simewhere else. We would stay there again.

so close to the action on the wedding venue site. really wonderful cottage for 2 people to share!
