The garden has a spa with sauna, wildland bath, cold water tub and an outdoor shower. The cottage is only 700 meters from a large sandy beach. It is 2.5 km to Hornbæk city center and 600 meters to the train station.

There is a nice atmosphere with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the garden with large old trees. The area has a nice wildlife and many birds. The house and grounds are child-friendly, outside with swing set, a small slide and a trampoline. No pets and no smoking allowed.
