Christopher was a great host. Once of the best we have ever worked with. Hospitality was truly amazing. He accommodated well and was very responsive to any questions we had. Apartment was very clean! In our opinion better than the pictures. Instructions were clear and apartment easy to find. Bathroom was beautiful and equipped with everything we might need. Kitchen was clean and stocked. AC was cold and lighting was perfect! For us the beds were a bit stiff but I have a bad back so honestly it’s not a fair opinion. Pool was well maintained. We have a baby and initially I was worried about how busy the pool was and noise that came with that, but by dark everyone was gone and no one was over the top noisy. Neighbors were very quiet and respectful. Our unit was on the third floor so if you have kids or have a lot of luggage be ready to be out of breath! 😂😂 overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back when in town!

Great Stay in the Heart of Austin! Me and my family recently stayed at this Airbnb for a quick 2-day trip to Austin and had a pleasant experience. The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious , equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the AC worked great and there were plenty of nice touches fast Wi-Fi, and easy self check-in. The location was perfect—close to downtown, with good restaurants, bars and grocery stores which made exploring Austin super convenient. Our host (Micheal) was responsive, friendly, and gave some great local recommendations, which really made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Overall, this was a wonderful base for a short Austin getaway.

This was a cozy little spot for two. It had a great little sitting spot with a view of the water ideal for peaceful relaxing.

I have high rating because although I had trouble finding and getting in, maybe others wouldn't so much. I think extra instructions on how to find the unit now quickly could help. I really wanted to Take a bath and most maybe wouldn't notice, everything looked clean... She offered so kindly to have to cleaned for me. she was very flexible and kind about letting me check out later. The place realy is nice and neat. feels a bit sterile in a way. rugs would definitely be good. overall a nice place to stay. lots of nice Kcups and complimentary things. if I had stayed longer, they had really nice and fun amenities. lots of treats and snacks in the cowork area. realy overall a pretty neat place. spetve out in the open., newer not really any shade trees.

Jane was more than accommodating and went the extra mile to bring my pup some treats on our second day of the trip. My puppy had found some thing to disassemble while I was out on business and Jane an agreeable and negotiable as I promised to pay for anything that needed to be replaced. She didn’t even request any amount as to what I need to pay so I paid what I deemed a fair amount would be and she was more than agreeable with what I had offered. 10-10 would definitely recommend and would stay here anytime I was in town.

This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I spent almost 2 months staying in the apartment. It has an excellent location, strong and quick to cool AC, and plenty quiet apartment complex. Beyond maybe some miscellaneous silverware, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook and eat. Although I usually brought home takeout from the yummy restaurants around Austin! One additional benefit, the driverless Waymo cars pick up in that neighborhood and take you all around downtown. Super fun!

We had such a wonderful time! the condo was clean and smelled great. Bed and pillows were comfy. The balcony had a great view of the deer and courtyard. Zach was very responsive and gave great directions on parking and how to locate the condo. We will definitely return!

Owner was SUPER responsive and truly lovely to deal with. She always went above and beyond. I can honestly say we’ve never had a more positive experience at any AirBnB! House was perfect for our family. The pool table was top class, the electronic hockey game was so much fun for ALL of us. Lots of parking, beautiful outside porches facing the lake with a nice breeze. COMFORTABLE beds throughout! Well equipped kitchen, great boat lift and a nice day slip as well, plenty of seating everywhere, nice big dining table. Lots of labels on inside switches made it easy and quick to get fans and lighting exactly like you need them. Cold a/c worked beautifully in both levels. And so much shade outside in both of the lovely yards! Lawns were green and beautiful. Need tvs? There are the biggest and best, easy to use and to connect with your phone, tablet, laptop, and all your apps. We experienced zero problems and would definitely return!

Our stay here was for our annual friends lake weekend was great. The house is well-stocked, as advertised, clean and convenient. Evan was super responsive with questions, replying almost immediately and following up to make sure everything worked out. It would’ve been nice to have an oscillating fan in the bedrooms just for a little air movement as there are no ceiling fans, but that’s just our personal preference for sleep. We had a great experience overall.

Thank you to Joshua for allowing us to enjoy our yearly trip to HSB at your home. We normally stay with my mom who owns a condo in HSB , but this year we decided to get our own space for our family. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely contact you again !

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was nice and updated. My kids loved the paddle boat and we enjoyed the serene atmosphere. It was also convenient to drop our boat at the nearby McNair Park and tie up in the canal behind Michelle’s house. We can’t say enough good things about our stay and have already booked with her again!

Came to Marble Falls with spouse for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Brandie's place had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Casita was spotless and Brandie had information on things to see and do in the area. Ink's Lake and Longhorn Cavern State Park ~ 30 minute drive from the house. Neighborhood is quiet and short distance to historic downtown and other shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is very walkable and you can see the lake from the end of the street. Wish we could have stayed a few more days. Highly recommend the Casita if you are in the Marble Falls area.

The house matched the photos, was beautiful, spacious and cozy. It was very quiet and peaceful, only one neighbor on one side who wasn't there, and utility station on the other side. The porch was lovely to hang out and had a beautiful view of the water and part of sunset. We also saw deer and plenty of birds. It was great having a big table in the kitchen so the whole group could sit together to eat. Big green lawn with easy access to the water in a very quiet and peaceful inlet. Host was very responsive throughout the booking process and beyond.

what a wonderful stay! it is so peaceful here. Jaya's place is very comfortable, I felt right at home. The bed is very comfortable and so many amenities to keep us busy. we love watching the friendly deer! 🦌

I really loved our stay. It was perfect for our my husband and I, toddler and 2 dogs. They had a pack and play, which we didn’t expect, and the location is pet friendly. There was a dog patch area a few steps away from our room. The main bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but it was okay for a short stay. The place was very clean, and stocked with the basics.

This place was absolutely the best! Great pictures. Very accurate. Great location! Great hosts! Very informative. Checked in with me making sure all was well and reminded me of check out time and process. This I can say was one of the best Hosts and places I’ve ever stayed. Very satisfied and will Definitely book again with them!

This place is so cute and convenient! Everything was very clean and looked just like pictured. Easy to get into, super close to the pool and lake, and there are so many things on the resort to do (at an additional cost) within a 5 or so minute walk. Kitchen had so many different things to cook with and there’s a grill outside. The check out list is also easy to complete, as long as you know where the dishwasher switch is. Definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful vacation. The location had beautiful views. Place was inviting, clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and quick to respond. Great place to enjoy the pool, golf, deer, spa, massage and lake activities. ❤️

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We really needed the break, and this spot delivered.
