Spacious villa with great kid-friendly garden

Bring the whole family to this amazing home with lots of room for fun and coziness. There is a lovely garden with plenty of opportunity for play. There is a trampoline, playhouse, mud kitchen, and sandbox for children. The horses walk in the field straight up the garden. There are lots of games and things for creative play indoors. A real family oasis. Small Hypoallergenic dog is allowed to bring. There are several lovely beaches, great restaurants, and an active city life. Kerneland beach is about 15 km. From the house.

Enjoy your holiday by the forest and beach in our charming summer residence from 1924 at Mommark. There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides, and there are sea views. We have sun loungers, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fire place. There is wifi, cromecast, high chair, weekend bed, bathtub, toys etc.

Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, own beach plot, quiet undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion as well as two wood-burning stoves for the cool periods. Please bring bed linen and towels. Including cleaning, but coarse cleaning needs to be done. Close to forest and good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker.
