Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

Our vacation home is close to Greifswald. It is a 220 m² vacation home, right on the water for max. 12 people. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches are reachable in 20 minutes by car. A rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can find the neighboring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults) for friends and family. + dog).

The house on the outskirts of the village is wonderfully quiet on the edge of the district of Diedrichshagen, surrounded by wide fields, forest and nature. The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. Enjoy the expanse of nature, social gatherings in the spacious house and on the property or the cultural offerings of the nearby town of Greifswald. The half of the house offers 120 m² of living space on two complete floors.

Our small house with garden is ideal especially for couples, whether to find silence or a nature that offers the best conditions for every movement, including surfing. It has a bedroom from which you can step directly into the garden. The fireplace is in the living room. You will find a particularly large terrace where summer life can spread generously. If it gets cooler, you can use our own sauna. Change of occupancy is always on Fridays.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and relaxation. Our thatched house built in 2023 in the harbor of Puddemin on the Puddeminer Wiek invites you to a relaxing vacation on the holiday island of Rügen. Enjoy the first cup of coffee of the day on the terrace, take a nap in the midday sun, read a book in the afternoon or relax after an excursion in the outdoor hot tub and infrared heat cabin.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.

My family's vacation cottage is located just 20 meters from the Baltic Sea coast. Built by my grandfather, my family and I renovated it from the ground up this year. From the bench on the picturesque cliff, just a few steps away from the house, you can let your gaze sweep over the vast sea. The coastline right outside the front door is a real insider tip for surfers and nature lovers.
