The apartment is very bright and sunny, with a nice balcony. The apartment is suitable for people with walking disabilities. There is an elevator. Besides me, Dima lives here. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The room is ideal for two people. For more people, there is a sofa bed. Good parking is available in front of the house. Bus line 110 is a 200 m walk and the U-Bahn is about 600 m away. The kitchen is fully equipped and can accommodate four people. The spacious bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Shopping can be found in Schmargendorf after a few hundred meters.

Guest room for short trips or commuters

A very small but friendly and cozy room with private shower and toilet in the basement with window in a beautiful semi-detached house. The room is well suited for a few nights or someone who regularly comes to Berlin for a few days. The sofa bed for two people is comfortable and easy to use. The shower and toilet are only separated by a swinging door. If two people rent the room, they should be close.

Charming room in Berlin-Charlottenb

I love the high ceilings in the appartment and the afternoon sun bathing the room with a soft light. Sitting in the nearby park with the lake Lietzensee reading a good book or making a picknick is my favourite way to spend my free time in the neighbourhood. The Friedbergstrasse is so quite and you are close to public transport which takes you to whichever corner of Berlin and Potsdam you fancy.
