Cozy townhouse

My townhouse with the blue doors is completely unique and is located in beautiful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the house myself with my two children and therefore the house is very child-friendly. There are plenty of games, toys for both outside and inside. The garden is not big, but lovely with the possibility of barbecue and relaxation in the hammock. My neighbors rarely make noise, even though we live close by. The apartment is located in an independent property and the owner does not live in the property. You have all the opportunities to experience Haderslev from a perfect base.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

Super nice house by Kelstrup Beach - 400 meters to the water. Beautifully situated with views of fields and nature. Good swimming opportunities by the beach and lovely walks and bikes in the area. Quiet neighborhood with only 10 min. into the town of Haderslev with shopping and commerce. The house is built in 2016 - brand new with nice decor as seen in the pictures.
