The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Cozy, newly renovated guest house with sleeping loft. Open-plan with cooking facilities and patio. Two single beds in the sleeping loft. There are two extra beds, one of which can be a double mattress on the floor in the living room. There is a fridge for brought food and drinks. Coffee maker, water boiler, microwave and two hot plates allow you to cook your own food. Pets are also welcome and many of our guests bring dog, cat and even rabbit. It has nice walking paths in the surroundings.

The house is close to Söderåsen National Park, Rönne Å and Bandsjön. Here there is plenty with the possibility of shorter or longer excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or biking on dresses. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with kids, solo adventures, couples, or you who are on a longer trip, and needs a simple overnight stay on the way.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our home is good for nature lovers & couples. Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
