Eine Treppe führt zum OG mit dem 2. Schlaf-Wohnraum und zur vollständig ausgestatteten Küche, sowie zum Badezimmer. Walk to Hahnenklee in 15 minutes to eat in one of the many delicious restaurants or take the cable car up the Bocksberg.

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading corner or coffee bar. For the children, there is a small play area and sandbox. The 700 m² garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.
