The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Beautiful terrace with garden furniture. There are duvets and pillows in the apartment, but you need to bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The refrigerator has a small freezer. There is a TV and TV box with Google TV. The apartment must be left in a clean condition. You can pay for yourself - it just needs to be agreed upon at the latest upon arrival.

The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Forest idyll on Bornholm

Vi har et hyggeligt sommerhus, som vi meget gerne vil leje ud til jer. Sommerhuset er på 76m2 og ligger syd for Hasle placeret midt i skoven men også tæt på strand, by, offentlig transport og familievenlige aktiviteter. Det ligger ugeneret og her er masser af fugle og rådyr. Det er ikke tilladt at holde fest i sommerhuset. OBS: Vi udlejer min. 3 nætter uden for højsæsonen og min. 7 nætter i medio juni til august 2026.
