In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Genieße die Klänge der Natur, wenn du in dieser besonderen Unterkunft übernachtest. Direkt auf der Havel bist du umgeben von Wasservögeln und Seerosen. Entspannende Ruhe und ein Sprung vom Hausboot direkt ins Wasser. Auf der unteren Terrasse kannst du Essen, Chillen und Lesen. Die obere Terrasse lädt zum Sonnenbaden und Sonnenuntergang beobachten ein. Du liegst mit dem Hausboot in einem Naturhafen, der von einer unbewohnten Insel geschützt wird. It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
