There are terraces all around the house from where the sun can be enjoyed at all times of the day. The residence appears in the classic charming cottage atmosphere with lots of cozy nooks and with bright living areas. From the kitchen/living room there is direct access to the terrace and the lovely garden. The local grocery store is within a short walking distance from the property.

Welcome to our lovely cottage in Rågeleje. As soon as you step through the door, you can feel your shoulders lower and that there is doomed vacation and relaxation. The cottage is located in a quiet and peaceful area, with beautiful nature. The kids can either swing, jump on the trampoline, or play ball on the large lawn. Fire pit is also available. A trip to the beach takes only 10 minutes on foot. There is the most amazing sunset every night around 2030-2100 which is best seen from the beach.

Huset er en sand oase af fred og ro og har en ugenert terrasse med grill, hvor solen kan nydes fra formiddag til aften. Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.

Moderne sommerhus på 50m2 med to soveværelser, stue og køkken i et, badeværelse og med stor terrasse i det populære Vejby Strand, 1,2 km fra vandet og tæt på indkøb og Tisvilde. 50 min fra København. Stor åben grund med aftensol på terrassen. Grunden er ikke lukket ud mod vejen. Der er trampolin og lille sandkasse. Huset gøres rent af vært efter anvendelse - koster 100 euro. Ikke med i prisen: - Vand: DKK 95 pr. m3 - El: DKK 3,80 pr. kWh - Sengetøj/håndklæder kan lejes for 15 euro per sæt.

The house is located almost directly to the water, on a dead end road without steep slopes. Better location is hard to find. The summerhouse was built 15 years ago, and has 3 lovely bedrooms overlooking the ocean, a lovely kitchen-living room, also overlooking the ocean. A large bathroom, an extra toilet, and an outdoor shower. The house also houses a brewer's and a spacious courtyard, where you can sit in shelter during the windy days. It's a place to enjoy life and completely relax.

Dejligt sommerhus i første række med fri udsigt over kattegat og danmarks flotteste solnedgang direkte fra terassen. Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.
