In less than 5 minutes, you can reach two golf courses! And in less than 15 minutes, you are on a child-friendly sandy beach.

A washing machine, dryer, and electric car charging are available. Two cats live in the house and need food and water. 5 minutes to Hedeland and shopping. Roskilde is within cycling distance, and a cargo bike can be borrowed. Ishøj Strandpark: 20 minutes by car.

The house is older and the bathroom is in need of renovation. It's usable - but worn. There is hot water :-)
