Our beautiful, listed spa architecture villa was built in 1896. In 2000, the entire villa was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. All apartments are state of the art and comfortably furnished. Three of the five apartments have a balcony or terrace. Sie verfügt über einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich und ist sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer und einen offenen Schlafbereich mit einem weiteren Schlafplatz. Bad und Küche wurden in 2025 renoviert.

Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.
