Sie verfügt über einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich und ist sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer und einen offenen Schlafbereich mit einem weiteren Schlafplatz. Bad und Küche wurden in 2025 renoviert.

Fresh and salt water in one: Unique and very quiet location on Lake Schloonsee – overlooking the lake – and a two-minute walk to the Baltic Sea beach. Our apartment is located directly in the middle between the Bansin and Heringsdorf piers. As a long-established Heringsdorf family – even our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – hosting has a tradition with us and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

The apartment is located in the very center of the seaside city, but due to its location on the backyard side, it is away from the bustling streets. Its location makes it an ideal base for exploring the city, and after a whole day of attractions available in Świnoujście, it allows you to calm down and rest. This is a one-room studio apartment with a kitchenette. There are two fold-out sofas in the apartment that serve as sleeping areas.
