There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.

The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
