The first bedroom is a living room with a brand new sofa bed and bedroom 2 has a double bed. Please note that the 2 rooms have a shared exit.

The house contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and good closet space, a smaller room with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, closet and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. No pets allowed.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The house has a private courtyard with garden furniture and outdoor kitchen. The guest house is completely separate from the main house and is not connected to the other residents.

It has been newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.
