Two apartments next to each other and private parking for 10.00/day are also provided. Excellent central location in the city - West with easy access to all destinations in West and East. Around the corner are numerous restaurants, cafes, large supermarket, etc.

You live in the heart of West Berlin with zoo and opera close by and excellent access to public transport. You will stay in the guest area of my larger Berlin home, but all privately while I travel. In a quiet side street of Schlossstraße in Steglitz - Friedenau lies this cozy studio with brand new bathroom. It is centrally located between Ku-Damm and FU, within walking distance are the U9, U3, S1 and various bus lines. In a well-kept old building on the 2nd floor is the 25 m² room with private bathroom, unfortunately there is no kitchen, a kettle and a small range of coffee and tea are available. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are just around the corner.

KuDamm Apartment w/ rooftop terrace, pool & sauna

This apartment not only impresses with its special location directly on KuDamm, but also has a spacious roof terrace with pool, hot tub and sauna for shared use. All rooms are simply but stylishly furnished and the kitchen has been equipped with high-quality Miele appliances. In principle, there are 2 bedrooms with large beds and the comfortable couch in the living room can also be converted into a sofa bed. This apartment leaves nothing to be desired!

Modern & bright loft-style apartment with office

The apartment only got built in 2017 and I furnished it completely new in 2021. It's a very bright and calm Vibe. Its a residential building and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The Kitchen is very well equipped and comes with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The one bedroom has a 180*200m bed and the other room has a workspace including screen and a keyboard/mouse. The bathroom comes with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of towels.
