Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Our house, dating back to 1925, is located in Sundsmark, 2 km from the center of Sønderborg. The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.

EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION. Master apartment perfectly located by Sønderborg's old harbor basin - in the middle between Sønderborg Castle and Chr. X's Bridge overlooking Dybbøl Mill. If you expect perfection in every detail, please do not book this stay…😉 It's not a 4-5 star hotel, I don't have craftsmen who can solve any problem with a few hours' notice, and the cleaning can overlook small things. Just like at home🥰🤷‍♂️ But… I'm doing my best - you can be sure of that😊❤️☀️

Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to grill, play or unwind. The garden is completely enclosed. Of course, there is also a baby crib in the house. The beach is 15 minutes by car. Cozy annex/backhouse with a private living area, sleeping space, and kitchenette – Please note: Bathroom, kitchen, and a small gym are located in a separate building just 10 meters away. Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill, peace and quiet. We live on the farm ourselves in case you need anything. An ideal spot for both a weekday escape and focused work. At the same time, close to the Higway, so you can get on quickly.
