The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely view.

The Røsnæs area is known for its unique nature, and there are plenty of experiences in the area. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

When you step down the stairs to this turquoise blue cottage, it is as if you are stepping into another world. Here there is peace, privacy and you live in the middle of nature. The garden is home to lizards and is planted with lots of different rose bushes that give the most wonderful scent in the summer. On the windless days, you can hear the flapping of the birds' wings and if you listen carefully you can also hear the porpoises that swim past along the coast in the evening hours.
